The Women RLO Leaders' Convening 2025

The World University Service of Canada (WUSC), Authentic African Works, and the Mastercard Foundation are co-convening The Women RLO Leaders' Convening 2025 under the DREEM project. This event will bring together Refugee Women-Led Organizations from across Africa to to discuss and advance refugee self-reliance. It will also focus on strengthening collaboration and understanding between RLOs and key partners regarding ongoing coordination efforts, joint work opportunities, and challenges. 

The DREEM project aims to create an enabling environment for young people, with a strong emphasis on empowering young women and refugees through education, economic opportunities, and leadership development. The convening will likely involve discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative efforts to advance the goals of the DREEM project and the broader Young Africa Works strategy. The event will be held on Wednesday, 16th July 2025.
