In partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), the Immigration Policy Lab at Stanford University and the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development, and Evaluation conducted a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to evaluate the second wave of the “Refugees in East Africa: Boosting Urban Innovations for Livelihoods Development” (Re:BUiLD) program.
