Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) process 

Re:BUiLD’s M&E process supports regular data collection and visualization which enables teams to measure the progress and effectiveness of our interventions. This helps teams stay on track and guides adjustments and adaptations as needed.

Data is collected through CommCare, a mobile data collection platform and visualized through Power BI.

 

Client Reach Update  

Our target was to reach 20,000 urban refugees and host community members — including women, men, and young people. We have exceeded this target, reaching 20,378 clients and achieving an impressive 104% of our goal.

 

Key Achievements at a Glance

  • We have served 20,732 clients, of which 12,168 (59%) are refugees and 8,570 (41%) are host community members
  • Diverse service offerings, including microenterprise support for 12,440 clients and financial inclusion services for 4,433 clients.
  • Significant engagement with women and youth, with 12,364 (60%) female clients and 15,016 (72%) young adults aged 18-35 accessing our services.
  • We recorded a 59% improvement in clients' Self-Reliance Index (SRI) scores, exceeding our target of 50%.
  • 48% of clients have increased income.
  • 78% of clients are working at least eight days in a month, indicating steady participation in economic activities.
  • 82% of clients are still operating surviving businesses, reflecting business resilience and continuity.
  • 8,374 (40%) of our clients are men, and 5,722 (28%) adults aged 36 who are accessing our services.
