How did you join the Re:BUiLD team?

I came across an advertisement of Finance assistant position on the IRC career site, I applied and after several interviews I got confirmation to join Rebuild as a Finance Asisstant.

What’s a typical day like for you?

My workday starts at 7AM.First I Check through how the program team need my support and act on the needs .Afterwards I get to do my other tasks that don’t involve the program team directly. In between my workday I get to have small breaks just to catchup with my colleagues.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part in my job is when I achieve synchrony in program activities and finance processes for support.

What is your greatest achievement/thing you are most proud from your work at Re:BUiLD?

That the finance support I give contributes to impacting lives through implementation of the program. In addition, I get to learn a lot on the programs end that’s building my capacity to be diverse in my career.

What would you like your colleagues to know about your work?

That I value delivering my work in excellence and collaboration is key as everyone’s contributions matter.

Do you have any hobbies or favorite pastimes outside of work?

Reading Books Singing
