How did you join the Re:BUiLD team?

I Joined the Amazing Re-rebuild team from the previous Bill project after going through an interview for the job that was advertised on the IRC career site, as the USLA monitor.

What’s a typical day like for you?

A typical day for me starts at  7 AM. and involves processing and responding to queries/ Mails Afterward, I get to plan my movement to the field for other tasks that involve our clients. In between my workday, I get to have small breaks just to catch up with my colleagues and finish the pending tasks.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is when I see our clients able to move from a vulnerable situation t and support themselves and their families through the Services offered to them.

What is your greatest achievement/thing you are most proud from your work at Re:BUiLD?

Walking in the community and seeing clients happy about how we have impacted their lives positively with the training and services that we provide for them. women and men can save and allow their wives to attend the USLA groups and support them to get more empowerment to teach other women in their community however, I get to learn a lot on the programs and my colleagues on building my capacity to be diverse in my career.

What would you like your colleagues to know about your work?

I value delivering my work in excellence and collaboration is key as everyone’s contributions matter.

Reading Books
Giving mentorship to women and adolescent
Doing community work
watching humanitarian documentaries
