How did you join the Re:BUiLD?

I joined Re: Build project in February 2022 as the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant. Previously I was working with IRC Arua on the ECHO project in Imvepi base camp as the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant.

What’s a typical day like for you?

My typical day starts as I report to work very early, l plan my day by drafting my to do list, which is derived from my weekly plan and the weekly plan id derived from my monthly work plan, so l go ahead and inform my supervisor of my daily task. Tasks are prioritized with consideration of the urgency while handling daily requests that come in from the team. I work hard to see that my to do list is complete by close of day.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is when we conduct assessments, analysis done and able to witness the change in our clients ‘s lives.it makes me happy to be part of a team that is creating positive change in people ‘s wellbeing.

What is your greatest achievement/thing you are most proud from your work at Re:BUiLD?

Having a database of all our clients and being able to track their progress.


What would you like your colleagues to know about your work?

Am passionate about doing M & E and l love and believe in teamwork so I am always glad and ready to play my part on the team. They should always feel free to approach me for any support.

Do you have any hobbies or favorite pastimes outside of work?

I love watching movies, spending time seeking God and spending quality time with family.

My previous supervisor at my former job out of IRC

Becoming by Michelle Obama.

Where would you go if you won a “dream vacation”?

I would love to spend my dream vacation in Malaysia with my family.
